i am curious what it would do for someone with a complete spinal cord injury
It took an entire month to kick in for me. Most people it takes about 2 days! I must have been so deficient its not funny. It changed my life. sounds corny but I’m a shift worker and holy crap I feel so much better!

i respectfully disagree with you. I have found most people take at least 30 days to notice
I had noticed slightly better flexability in my right knee within a week. I have been taking it for three weeks and I am sleeping better–AND my husband is no longer snoring!
